One person is carrying a doll effigy with the word "Leech" written along its face. Caption reads: A group of tenants marched in Bayside Sunday protesting housing code violations in Milwaukee. Representatives of the Sarnow-Galena Triangle block clubs met at the Bayside Village Hall and marched to the home of Richard Weller, an absentee landlord on Milwaukee's West Side. There were no incidents during the picketing at Weller's home, 9281 N. Waverly Dr." |
