Go Over The Top With The Tank That Will Win The War
Poster featuring an illustration of two soldiers, labeled: "Wage Payer and Wage Earner," standing on top of a tank riding over a trench. The tank is labeled: "American Industry" and has a turret labeled: "Co-operation," with two guns, "Loyalty" and "Democracy." The battleground below is labeled: "Disloyalty," and among the wreckage are the words: "Agitation, Strife, and Waste." A cartoon blackbird is commenting: "Nothing can stop them!" Poster text reads: "GO OVER THE TOP WITH THE TANK THAT WILL WIN THE WAR! The watchword on the turret should inspire the crew that man the guns. Only by united action in America's war industries can we crush out disloyal and treasonable efforts to obstruct. We must stand together, work harder, produce more and aim straight to 'KAN THE KAISER.'" |
