Presidential Political Campaign Buttons 1940-1948

Framed assortment of buttons in support of Wendell Willkie (1940), Thomas Dewey and running mate John Bricker (1944), and Thomas Dewey and running mate Earl Warren (1948). Most are typical round buttons featuring the candidates names or portraits. Several buttons are specifically anti-Franklin Roosevelt, such as one reading: "We don't want Eleanor either," "He will be harder to beat the fourth time than the third, do your duty now," and "Roosevelt for Ex President." |
