The Bertram and Irma Cahn House was designed by the architectural firm Keck and Keck as Project #213 in 1936. This photograph is a reproduction of George Fred Keck's air brush perspective of the Cahn house on Green Bay Road in Lake Forest, Illinois. Bertram Cahn was President and Chairman of Kuppenheimer Clothing Manufacturers in Chicago. Irma Cahn, after seeing the House of Tomorrow at the Chicago World's Fair (Century of Progress), wanted to have George Fred design her a "House of the Day After Tomorrow".
