Map or Atlas
Auto Road Map of Wisconsin
This blue-line map of Wisconsin shows two maps of Wisconsin and the surrounding area, with a railroad map on one side and a road map on the other. The railroad map also shows township lines, electric lines, and a legend with a scale. Along the left edge of the railroad map, an index containing a list of cities and metropolitan areas in Wisconsin is available, with information about the population of any given city or metropolitan district included. In the bottom left corner, a list of railroads in Wisconsin is shown. On the road map, state highways, U.S. Interstate highways, county highways, ferry and boat lines, points of interest, and airports are shown and identified. Information regarding the quality of any road shown on the map can be found in the legend in the top right corner. An index of Wisconsin towns and their populations is featured along the left and right edges of the road map, ordered alphabetically. In the top right corner of the road map, there is a small, colored advertisement for Rand McNally Indexed Globes. |
