Group of Ho Chunk Indians that visited Governor Lucius Fairchild. Names, (standing), Dandy, holding a long stemmed pipe, (Four-Leg's son), (seated) Wau-So-Mo-Ne-Ka (Hail-stone) has a skunk skin over his knee and his brother, Yellow Thunder, (kneeling) Nes-Ka-Ka (Whitewater), Spoon-De-Kaury (son of Scha-Chip-Ka-Ka) holding a skunk skin, and Chou-Ga-Ga (grandson of Scha-Chip-Ka-Ka) holding a stick. |
