Mother's Room
A highboy dresser, left, and its lowboy counterpart flank the large bay window in Louise Mears Fargo's bedroom. There is an electic wall sconce on either side of the window. The cord of a small lamp over the sewing cabinet to the left of the bay window is plugged into one socket of the sconce above it. There is a rocking chair and footstool in the bay. A carpet and several throw rugs cover the floor. There is a wallpaper frieze covering the area between the crown molding and picture rail molding. Portions of a brass bed are visible in the mirror over the lowboy dresser. |
