Map showing the area from Newtown, Pennsylvania to Kingston, New Jersey, with routes and battles of British (red) and American forces (blue). The map includes cities, roads, ferries, hills, rivers, waterfalls, and creeks.  Much of the map centers on George Washington's crossing of the Delaware and attack on the Hessians under Col. Rall in Trenton. Numerous annotations throughout the map explaining the camps, battles, and movement of troops, along with dates. Two blocks of text in the lower right and left corners list the names of those killed, wounded, or missing in the battles on the road from Prince Town to Maidenhead, and at Trenton.
