Invitation to Ice Chippers Farewell
Invitation for Ice Chippers, an ice fishing club of Gisholt Machine Company, to a farewell dinner for Albert LaGrille. The cartoon shows warmly dressed men processing fish on a frozen lake (Mendota) for the meal. Fish on a stringer are being pulled up from an ice hole onto a conveyor belt, while the five men scale fish with an electric grinder, cut off heads, filet meat, and inspect. A coffee pot and bottles of liquor are nearby. Black on white. Text at top reads: "An Invitation" and at bottom, "Automation on Ice." |
