"LIFE Visits Gisholt and Our Boy Sid"
Collage of a color newsprint comic of a photographer, who is operating a fantastic "Rube Goldberg" type camera with innumerable gadgets attached. The photographer's face has a black-and-white cutout of Sid Boyum's face pasted over it. A similar cutout of a Gisholt machine has been pasted over a cartoon football player standing with a young woman. Original cartoon signed by Projansky, dated 11/20/55, McClure Newspaper Syndicate. Hand-written text reads: "LIFE Visits Gisholt and Our Boy Sid." |
