"Any Openings in the 'Goof-Off' Dept?"

Satirical ink-on-paper cartoon about corporate culture. It shows a man in clownish attire carrying a pillow, satchel with gambling items (cards, poker chips, racing forms), in one hand and a wrench-like object in the other. He is wearing a poker dealer's sleeve garter on one arm, a pencil tucked behind his ear, and a hat with a factory whistle on the back, a flower on the top, and a bird calling out of a hole in the front. He is speaking to an office employee dressed in business attire, who is leaning towards him, hand to chin and with a puzzled look on his face. A door and a "Personnel" sign are in the background. Text at bottom reads: "Any Openings in the 'Goof-Off' Dept?" |
