ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Lincoln enlisted as a drummer boy at the age of 13 or 14, and fought in Louisiana as part of Company D, 35th WI Regiment at the Battle of Spanish Fort and in Mississippi. He mustered out on Dec. 1, 1865. Double elliptical stamped mat. Red burnt velvet lining, stamped leather or paper case. See Image IDs: 121679, 124950 for other tintypes of Lincoln.
