The Wisconsin School for Boys Band, under the direction of Arnold Krueger, provided the musical entertainment for the dedication ceremony of the Waukesha Depot historical marker. Speakers at the dedication included Willard Griswold, president of the Waukesha County Historical Society, Dr. John Nash, vice-president and chairman of the Historic Sites Committee of the Waukesha County Historical Society, John Derivan, station agent, Milwaukee Road, Corwin C. Smith, Mayor of the city of Waukesha, and Raymond Sivesind, supervisor of Historic Sites and Markers with the Wisconsin Historical Society. Mrs. Harvey Krebs, secretary of the Waukesha County Historical Society, unveiled the marker to the public.
