Rural Electrification Historic Marker
Mrs. A.V. Miller and James R. Sullivan unveiling the Rural Electrification historical marker together at the dedication ceremony outside of Richland Center. Mrs. Miller's late husband served as the first president of the Richland Cooperative Electric Association, and Mr. Sullivan, the assistant administrator of the Rural Electrification Administration, made the trip from Washington D.C. to be at the dedication of the historical marker. |
