Peffer, Proprietor, Pewaukee, Wis." The bottom scene shows an elaborate home with several outbuildings. The property is dotted with trees and a horse and buggy sit in front of the house. In the foreground are five sheep. The caption below the scene reads: "Crystal Springs Farm. Residence of A.E. Perkins Sec. 36 Mukwonago Township Waukesha Co. Wis. Merino Sheep A Specialty."
