De Visch Windmill Park
Because of the predominate Dutch background of people in the Cedar Grove area, it was decided by the Cedar Grove Booster Club to perpetuate this heritage with the addition of a typical Dutch grain mill in Windmill Park. The mill is named "De Visch" because many of the early settlers from the Province of Zeeland were engaged in fishing at nearby Amsterdam Beach in the town of Holland. |
