Beaver Dam's favorite son Fred MacMurray (right) co-starred with Ray Milland and Louise Campbell in "Men with Wings," a 1938 Paramount release that traced the early history of aviation through the lives of the stars. "Men with Wings" was produced and directed by William A. Wellman, a former World War I pilot. Like Wellman's earlier aviation film ("Wings"), "Men with Wings," was characterized by footage of aerial combat. |
