Caption on the bottom of the frame reads: "Angela Lobo Cobb, an Indian presently residing in Madison, has written on book of poetry and is now working on a second and third. Her work represents an artistic attempt to capture the essence of her surroundings. In her words, Williamson Street: 'tries to recapture Madison's artistic avant garde. It represents a kind of freedom in the progressive painter and artist that is sometimes not permitted by the establishment. A kind of free flowing poetry and art beyond structure is alive on Willy Street, at least in me and a few of my friends.'"
