The house at Black Point was built by Chicago brewer Conrad Seipp in 1888. It was donated to the state of Wisconsin by Seipp's great-grandson, William O. Petersen in 2005. Ernst Reese was also a great-grandson of Seipp and Petersen's first cousin. |
