Elizabeth Was is crouching inside two triangular walls open on one side. In front of her are two painted signs lying on the grass and read: 'Step Here' and 'Open.' In the right foreground a TV is on the grass. Behind Was on the left is Miekal And standing near a sculpture of a Buddha, which is sitting on a cloth-covered stand and has a bird cage over its head. On the right near the sidewalk a window or a screen frames a flannel jacket. Next door a man is mowing the yard. Two men are walking up the sidewalk, and a woman is walking through the neighboring yard. This was known as the Church of Anarchy, located at 1341 Williamson Street.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Caption on the bottom of the frame reads "TWA Dogs: 'Kids come in and move things around. We had some plastic grapes on a piece. The kids started picking and pretending to eat the grapes. So it was like an extension of our piece. The kids were performing in our little theater setup . . . We're not trying to make money off it. As soon as you try to make money at it, you lose a lot of experimentation. That closes me up, makes me really tight. A few neighbors don't like it. I don't think it's anything too serious. The first piece we did was signs all over the house. But there is an ordinance for (this) district saying street graphics are illegal. We appeased the first complaint and then we did more things. What's happened for the time being is the city is allowing us to do these things 'til they come up with some concrete citation or something. Essentially it's a bunch of loopholes. So we put up signs in the yard saying, 'Art in Progress.'"
