Groundbreaking ceremony held for a new $1 million medical center building in the Triangle renewal project at the corner of Park and Regent Streets. Shown (L-R) are Sol Levin, Madison Redevelopment Authority (MRA) director; Sam Schwartz, operator of the pharmacy in the new building; and Dr. William V. Luetke, president of the corporation that owns the building. The building architect was John J. Flad and Associates, and the general contractor was J.H. Findorff and Sons, Inc. |
