Charles Wacker was a Chicago beer baron, as was Conrad Seipp, the founder of Black Point. Wacker was also Chairman of the Chicago Plan Commission from 1909 to 1926. Wacker Drive in Chicago was named for him. Elsa Madlener and Emma Schmidt were daughters of Conrad and Catherine Seipp. Image ID: 119297 is another photograph taken of this gathering. |
