William Seipp and Alma Petersen were cousins, grandchildren of Chicago brewer Conrad Seipp who built Black Point Estate. William's grandmother was Conrad's first wife, Maria Tesch Seipp; Alma's grandmother was Conrad's second wife, Catherine Orb Seipp. |
