Sheriff Vernon Leslie Honors Richard Green for Capture of FBI's Most Wanted
Sheriff Vernon Leslie, left, presenting an award to Richard Green, 1143 E. Dayton Street, for his part in the capture of Raymond Wyngaard, one of the FBI's 10 Most Wanted Men. Green was the cab driver who picked up Wyngaard at the train station and drove him to the east side where FBI agents captured him. Looking on during the Dane County Law Enforcement Officers Association presentation are Special Deputies James Coccitolo, chairman of the award committee, second from the left, and Andrew Drotin, secretary of the county association. |
