Fourteen individuals, or schools, are honored by the Governor's Council of the Arts at a Governor's Executive Residence dinner. The recipients are honored for their distinguished achievements in the creative or performing arts. Shown are some of the winners. Seated (L-R) are Rev. John Walsh, Marquette University, honored for work in the theater; and Margaret H'Doubler, Sister Bay, a pioneer in the field of dance.
