Frederick and Elizabeth Layton Home
A view across street towards Frederick and Elizabeth Layton's home at 524 Marshall Street. The clapboard house has two porches. On the left is a roofed enclosure covering the front steps. Folded awnings are on the windows. The property is fronted by a cement and iron fence. Below the fence, the terrace is edged with stones. They lived in this house all their married life. Elizabeth died in 1910; Frederick in 1919. |
