Upon his father's death in 1890, William became the president of Conrad Seipp Brewing Co. and West Side Brewery Company. He was also active in politics, serving as Chicago City Treasurer for three years and Cook County Treasurer for four years. Suffering from a terminal illness, Seipp committed suicide in 1912. |
