Women's String Ensemble
Alma Seipp (1876-1966), middle row, second from right, holds a violin in a group portrait of a women's string ensemble, probably at Wellesley College. All the women are wearing formal, light-colored dresses and pose with a variety of instruments, including a harp, guitars and mandolins. There are framed paintings on the wall behind them and two columns on the right. |
