William Welter Jr., Lawrence Nutley, and Richard Nickl, all of the Chicago area, were accused of slaying Patrolman James Lantz, Baraboo, and wounding Lake Delton Police Chief Eaugene Lee Kohl in an early morning gun battle in front of the Lake Delton village hall. |
