Photographed for the World Health Organization. Nearly all of the children in the Terai and Bhabar areas suffered from enlarged spleens due to malaria infections. After two years of operations, members of the World Health Organization are collecting "spleen statistics" as scientific evidence of the virtual disappearance of malaria. Dr. Issaris was the Senior Advisor of the team in charge of the malaria project. |
