McCormick Type C harvester thresher
Original caption reads: "McCormick Type C harvester-thresher. First built in 1929 and still current. This machine is similar in general construction to the No. 8, but has been modified in order to supply Agar, Cross and Company with a sufficiently different in appearance to be sold in competition with the No. 8. The Type C is equipped with oval elevators, McCormick type wheels, and has several other points of minor difference. It is also painted differently. Up to the present time there have been built a total of 582 Type C machines (December, 1932.)" |
