Boys and the Goat House
The Petersen brothers, from far left William Otto, Conrad Schmidt, and Edward William, with an unidentified boy (probably a cousin) pose in front of a small shed which served as a shelter for pet goats. The children cared for the goats during the summers they spent at Black Point Estate. Wooden cut-outs of goats form the front of the shed. |
