U.W. Half-Century Club Holds Reunion
The U.W. alumni "Half-Century Club" meets in the Great Hall of the Memorial Union. 325 graduates attend the reunion of graduates of 50 years, or more. Edward B. Steensland, 92, 409 N. Blair Street, accepts the gold-headed cane given each year to the oldest alumnus in attendance from John Berge, executive secretary of the Alumni Association. Mr. Steensland was the former president of the Savings and Loan Company and the Union Trust Company. |
