071 - Campers Posing for a Scene in a Dramatic Activity | Photograph | Wisconsin Historical Society
Three campers pose for a scene in a dramatic activity. They are dressed in costume. One camper stands, wearing a cape with a hood, gesturing with her left arm raised in the air. The other two are on the ground. One is pretending to be unconscious; her costume is a one-piece, striped tunic, with a tie that goes around her waist, and she is wearing sandals. Another camper is kneeling over her, with fabric draped over her shoulders. They are posed on a dirt path, and woods are in the background. Original caption notes: "Dramatic activities, serious and otherwise, play an important part in our camp program. Our campers have exceptional talent and many of them enjoy acting in, as well as producing and writing, original stunts, skits, plays, and once each summer, an original pageant. Story-telling is enjoyed especially by the younger campers. The Camp Log gives an opportunity to those campers who enjoy creative writing."
