Old Settlers' Club Banquet Menu
Front and back covers and menu page for the 29th annual banquet of the Old Settlers Club of Milwaukee County. Front cover includes a circular portrait of club president Joshua Stark, a settler driving a covered wagon pulled by two oxen representing statehood in 1848, and a steaming locomotive train crossing the water representing 1898. The back cover includes progressive scenes from 1820, 1822, 1848, 1858, and 1898 of the northwest corner of E. Water and Wisconsin Streets, from a Native American figure in front of a tipi to the Pabst building. "Boardman Eng. Co." is printed near the bottom of the covers. Covers printed in blue ink on light blue card stock. |
