Four men are building the wall at Signal Point Lookout in Wyalusing State Park. They are part of Works Progress Administration (WPA) Project #8656-8.

The man pictured on the far left is most likely Harvard Peterson, who was foreman of the CCC crew there at the time. The park was
first known at Nelson Dewey St Park and was later changed to Wyalusing.
DESCRIPTION
