Caption on bottom right reads: "Wash Out on H.&N.E RY. July 22, 07." View down three sets of damaged railroad tracks towards men standing near a passenger railroad car at the Hillsboro Train Depot. The Hillsboro and Northeastern Railroad was built in 1903 and was a short track connecting Hillsboro with Union Center. The railroad ceased operation in the late 1960's. |
