Goff's Restaurant Menu
Dinner and children's menu from Goff's Restaurant, with two illustrations of a woman in an apron filling a coffee cup: in the one accompanying 1893, when the restaurant was established, the woman wears a long dress and is standing by a cast-iron stove with a coal bucket nearby; in the one accompanying the year 1957, she wears a knee-length dress and is dispensing coffee from a large pot with a spigot. The fonts for each illustration also have distinctive type. The menu pages are mimeographed. |
