Columbian Exposition Diploma of Honorable Mention
Diploma of honorable mention presented to Stephen M. Babcock by the Board of Lady Managers of the Columbian Exposition. The document honors Babcock's invention of a method and apparatus for testing butterfat in milk which assisted in creating an award-winning exhibit by the Agricultural College and Experiment Station, Wisconsin.
