Raymond Hitchcock (in costume as Dr. Arbutus Budd pretending to be an Italian nobleman) is arm in arm with the Fairbanks Twins, Marion Fairbanks on the left and Madeline Fairbanks on the right. The twins are costumed as the Italian peasant girls Cola and Coca in this scene still for the 1922 comedy "The Beauty Shop." Marion holds the halter of a donkey harnessed to a farm cart.
