Modern Kitchen
Lois Dick, 106 Richland Lane, shows the kitchen which she and her husband Robert planned to suit their family needs and to accommodate their favorite style of entertaining. It is an example of a new trend to make the kitchen more of a gathering place for the family. A long counter extends the length of the kitchen facing the living room. Lois Dick is shown illustrating how panels slide in and out to form a whole new wall, allowing the kitchen to become separate from the living room if desired. |
