Gustave A. Schulz House
Vines cover trellises on two porches of the Schulz house, a large wood frame Victorian farmhouse. There is fretwork in the gables and a band of decorative shingles between the first and second story. There are bay windows on the first and second floors in the center of the house. An outbuilding is on the right. Kermit Schulz, the teacher at Rhine Center School, District No. 6, Town of Rhine, lived in this house with his parents, Gustave and Anna Schulz. |
