Front cover and menu listing from the booklet printed for the Forty-ninth Annual Dinner of the American Paper and Pulp Association at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel. On the cover is a three-paneled engraving, separated by columns and ornamented with foliage and scrollwork, with the gold embossed seal of the association flanked by a scene of workers moving logs and possibly a view of a paper mill. The association seal features a profile head and shoulders view of a Native American man in a feathered headdress. The booklet is bound with a tasseled gold metallic cord. |

The back cover notes, "This menu is engraved and printed on antique art parchment courtesy Paterson Parchment Paper Co., Passaic, N. J." and "The Osbourne Company, Newark, N. J." The menu was separated from the D.C. Everest Papers, and includes a signature card with the association seal. Everest, a paper company executive, served as Vice-President of the American Paper and Pulp Association at the time of this event. |
