With Elvehjem are, left to right, Henry L. Porter, Chicago, developer of the 4-H tractor maintenance program; Roy B. Ormond, farm service director of Oscar Mayer and Company, and William F. Groves, Lodi, retired dairy leader and now a television farm director for WISC-TV. They were honored for their exceptional contributions to rural youth work. |
