Mad Hat Luncheon
Original colorful hats of all types and designs appeared at the spring "Mad Hat" luncheon at the Blackhawk Country Club. Blanche Tallard, left, was awarded the prize for the "prettiest" hat. She designed a lavender hat with pink and blue bunnies to match her lavender frock. Shown with her is her neighbor, Mary Voss, who is wearing an Easter basket topped with a chicken and colored eggs. |
