Harmonica Homage
Congressman David R. Obey and his blue grass band, the Capitol Offenses, performed at many political events. It is no accident that the band chose this spot in Statuary Hall for this concert, for Senator Robert M. La Follette, Sr., whose seated statue is behind Obey, was one of his political heroes. On guitar is Scott Lilly (center), one of Obey's administrative staff. |
