Strap in and get ready for a hoppin’ good time! Join us at Old World Wisconsin for an interactive workshop where you’ll work firsthand to brew your very own beer. Together, we’ll heat up copper kettles and mix up fresh ingredients to create a brew straight out of the 1860s—the type of beer commonly found on early Wisconsin farms. As you work, you’ll uncover the rich and exciting history of farm ale brewing and learn how it evolved alongside larger German lager breweries in the state. Once you’ve finished, take a sip of history and savor a delicious lunch along with a selection of historic beers. Afterwards, head back to the Brewhouse and cork your day a commemorative collaboration beer to take home. But hurry—only 20 spots are available, so claim yours now!
