About the Event
Celebrate Mineral Point Pride Weekend with a special day of activities on the grounds of this historic site preserved by early LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs Bob Neal and Edgar Hellum. Everyone gets the opportunity to view a special traveling exhibit highlighting Wisconsin’s LGBTQ+ visionaries, We Will Always Be Here: Wisconsin's LGBTQ+ Historymakers. The event includes access to Martin Cabin, Kiddleywink Pub, and the Education Center which houses the traveling exhibit. Enhance your visit by signing up for General Admission Guided Tours, or a rare Behind-the-Scenes tour offering access to spaces normally off limits.
-General Admission Guided Tours held exclusively at 10:30 a.m. and 3 p.m.
-Rare Behind the Scenes Tours at 1 and 2 p.m. Space is limited to 15 guests.

Know Before You Go & Accessibility
Access to the Merry Christmas Mine Hill Trails and Prairie is available from sunrise to sunset year round.
The museum store is open daily during business hours.
Guests may exit and return throughout the day to explore the grounds.
Water is the only outside food/beverage allowed in buildings. Beverages are available for purchase. Picnics are encouraged on the hiking trails.
Restrooms and water fountains are available on site.
The site will remain open rain or shine.
Guests are encouraged to wear good walking shoes and to dress for the weather.
No pets are allowed. Service animals are permitted.
Because of the historic nature of the buildings, not all areas are ADA accessible.
