Hill, Warren Brown 1861 - 1934 | Wisconsin Historical Society
physician, b. Milwaukee. He graduated from the Baltimore Univ. School of Medicine (M.D., 1892). In 1892 he set up a practice in Milwaukee, and in 1894 was a founder of Milwaukee Medical College. He was dean of the medical department of Marquette Univ. (1907-1913), and was a member of numerous medical associations and professional organizations. He practiced in Milwaukee until 1928 when he moved to Quantico, Va. J. A. Watrous, Memoirs of Milwaukee Co. (2 vols., Madison, 1909); Milwaukee Sentinel, May 15, 1934; WPA field notes.
