Mini-Grant Funding Available for Wisconsin Historical Society Affiliates
Do you have a project that needs funding support? Each spring, affiliates can apply for grants up to $700 for projects and activities that support collections care and management.
Applications for the 2022 grant season must be postmarked by May 16, 2022.

Webinar: A Primer on Wisconsin's Mini-grants Program
The Wisconsin Historical Society and Wisconsin Council for Local History are pleased to announce that 19 affiliated local historical societies received a total of $11,098 through the 2021 mini-grant program.
Recipients of the 2021 mini-grant included: Dane County Historical Society, Eagle River Historical Society, Forest County Historical and Genealogical Society, Grant County Historical Society, Heritage Military Music Foundation - 1st Brigade Band, Highland Area Historical Society, Kewaunee County Historical Society, Mukwonago Historical Society, Neosho/Rubicon Historical Society Museum, Old Franklin Township Historical Society, Oregon Area Historical Society, Osceola Historical Society, Pleasant Prairie Historical Society, Portage Historical Society, Prairie du Chien Historical Society, Rusk County Historical Society, Superior Public Museums, Winneconne Historical Society, and Wisconsin Canoe Heritage Museum.
